The installation follows a three-day workshop with a group of female farm workers. Often seen as a silent background to agriculture, they become the heart of the artwork. Given the structural inequalities in the agricultural sector, the issue of gender inequality takes on even greater significance. The purpose of the workshop was to conceptualize a text-based project that collaboratively explores the rights and status of women in agriculture. The workshop and creative process were designed to reflect the interests and experiences of the farm workers, ensuring that the work is deeply rooted in their lived reality.
